The Builder Gun is a building tool in FortressCraft. It was initially used in the demonstration version of FortressCraft at MagFest 2012 instead of the default pickaxe.
The gun differentiates from the standard axes by allowing multiple blocks to be placed with a single press of the right trigger, this means the gun will produce a line of blocks by holding down the right trigger instead of pressing it repeatedly.
It was added to the game in patch 1.1 Interim. It has a very fast rate of fire. This gun has been hinted as being the replacement for the default pickaxe.
